Gemütlichkeit!

Gemütlichkeit!, or Corporate Night, is an incredible evening of networking, singing, dancing (chicken dance et al), MassKrugs and celebration of true Gemütlichkeit, hitting on all cylinders throughout the evening. Our signature German biers and guest performers from Germany transform River West Festival Park into an Oktoberfest celebration, 42 years in the making.

Add-on Beverages & Charcuteray

Along with the incredible bieren and music of the Zelts, the evening features games and competitions, networking against a backdrop of beautiful Downtown Tulsa, and incredible food throughout the Wiesn including a delicious Wurstbrett by Tulsa fav Charcuteray! Featuring a variety of Bavarian favorites arranged artfully on a 3-foot-long wood tray, this charcuterie board will be delivered directly to your corporate night table. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Oktoberfest, Inc., and your purchase of a table supports our efforts behind the scenes to bring an incredible event to Tulsa while benefitting the services and amenities of River Parks Authority. Oktoberfest, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization, and table purchases may be deductible as a charitable donation.

Currently, only full tables are available for booking/reservations.

All table purchases include:

30 single admission tickets into Linde Oktoberfest Tulsa for Corporate Night
Reserved table (seats 10 at a time) in the Zelt of your choice
Commemorative MassKrug (liter stein) or KleinKrug (1/2 liter stein) for each of your guests
Your company name prominently displayed on a highlighted corporate listing in the program, on your table, on the website and on our Wall of Honor video board in Der Biergarten
Free parking at new remote parking lots, serviced by the upgraded Oktoberfest Schnell Fahrt (Fast Ride) system on Boston Avenue, and from parking areas throughout Tulsa (NOTE: Parking is NOT available at the Oktoberfest Festival Site itself, but we have plenty of parking just across the river on Boston Ave, serviced by special tour buses).

COUPONS ARE NO LONGER BEING USED! Linde Oktoberfest Tulsa is cashless - all food and beverage locations will accept credit cards or mobile payment options.

Cash can be exchanged for Visa cards, accepted at all vendors and anywhere Visa is accepted, at four specially marked Reverse ATM locations.

A Note about the Ticket Purchasing Process:

Tickets will be immediately available online
Tickets will be scanned at our gate(s) for admission and scanned again at Customer Service location for pick up the included MassKrug or KleinKrug.
Tickets can distributed to your guests via email and are fully transferable (only one admission per ticket!)
You'll be asked to complete a form online to let us know how to recognize your company in our material
