Gemütlichkeit!, or Corporate Night, is an incredible evening of networking, singing, dancing (chicken dance et al), MassKrugs and celebration of true Gemütlichkeit, hitting on all cylinders throughout the evening. Our signature German biers and guest performers from Germany transform River West Festival Park into an authentic Oktoberfest celebration.

Along with the wunderbar bieren and music of the Zelte, this action-packed evening features games and competitions, networking and delicious food throughout the Wiesn, including the reknowned Wurstbrett by Charcuteray featuring a variety of Bavarian charcuterie favorites arranged artfully on a 3-foot-long wood tray delivered directly to your corporate night table. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Oktoberfest, Inc., Your purchase of a table supports our efforts behind the scenes to bring this USA Today Top Five cultural event to Tulsa while supporting the services and amenities of River Parks Authority. Oktoberfest, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization, and table purchases may be deductible as a charitable donation.

Currently, only complete tables are available for booking or reservations at this time.

All table purchases include:

30 single admission tickets into Tulsa Oktoberfest for Corporate Night, Wednesday, October 18
Reserved table in the Zelt of your choice
Commemorative MassKrug (liter stein) or KleinKrug (1/2 liter stein) for each of your guests
Your company name prominently displayed on a four-color table-topper, on the corporate listing in the program on the website and the large video board in Der Lufthansa Technik BierGarten
Free parking serviced by the Schnell Fahrt (Fast Ride) bus system. (NOTE: Parking is NOT available at the Oktoberfest Festival Site itself)
Handicapped parking available at OSU Greenwood and Marriott Southern Hills

Tulsa Oktoberfest is cashless - all food and beverage locations will accept credit cards or mobile payment options.

Ludwig Bucks ($5 denominations) can be purchased in advance for use throughout the festival all weekend. Bier Vouchers are also available for purchase in advance, each good for one beverage.

Cash can be exchanged for Fest Geld (Money) Cards, accepted at all festival food, beverage and merchandise locations (not accepted in the Arts and Crafts area).

about the Ticket Purchasing Process...

Tickets will be immediately available online.
Tickets will be scanned at the gate for admission and scanned again at Customer Service location to pick up the included MassKrug or KleinKrug.
Tickets can distributed to your guests via email and are fully transferable (only one transfer per ticket!).
You'll be asked to complete a form online to let us know how to recognize your company in our materials.
