Corporate Night is an incredible evening of networking, singing, dancing (chicken dance et al), MassKrugs and celebration of true Gemütlichkeit, hitting on all cylinders throughout the evening. Our signature German biers and guest performers from Germany transform River West Festival Park into an Oktoberfest celebration, 46 years in the making.

This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Oktoberfest, Inc., and your purchase of a table supported our efforts behind the scenes to bring an incredible event to Tulsa while benefitting the services and amenities of River Parks Authority. Oktoberfest, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization, and table purchases are fully deductible as a charitable donation.

Currently, only complete tables are available for booking or reservations at this time. Past purchasers will be sent an email with instructions on pre-purchasing tables beginning July 14, 2026. All tables will go on sale to the public on July 21, 2026.

NOTE: The prices below are per person including all fees. Minimum purchase is 30 persons/table.

Your company name prominently displayed on a four-color table-topper, on the corporate listing in the program on the website and the large video board in Der Lufthansa Technik BierGarten
Free parking serviced by the Schnell Fahrt (Fast Ride) bus system. (NOTE: Parking is NOT available at the Oktoberfest Festival Site itself)
Handicapped parking available at OSU Greenwood and Marriott Southern Hills
Arrive early (gates open at 3:00 PM) to avoid the busiest times.

Tulsa Oktoberfest is cashless - all food and beverage locations will accept credit cards or mobile payment options.

Ludwig Bucks ($5 denominations) can be purchased in advance for use throughout the festival all weekend. Bier Vouchers are also available for purchase in advance, each good for one beverage.

Cash can be exchanged for Fest Geld (Money) Cards, accepted at all festival food, beverage and merchandise locations.

about the Ticket Purchasing Process...

Tickets will be immediately available online.
Tickets will be scanned at the gate for admission and scanned again at Customer Service location to pick up the included MassKrug or KleinKrug.
Tickets can distributed to your guests via email and are fully transferable (only one transfer per ticket!).
You'll be asked to complete a form online to let us know how to recognize your company in our materials.
